Designed for organisations seeking ongoing, flexible support with HR and Health & Safety matters.

Standard Retainer – £350 +VAT per month

  • Up to 4 hours of remote HR/H&S advice (via phone, video call, or email)
  • Unbiased HR presence for staff management issues (e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, performance reviews)
  • Priority response for urgent queries
  • Discounted rates on additional services (10% off ad-hoc HR/H&S support and training courses)

Enhanced Retainer – £600 +VAT per month

  • Up to 8 hours of remote HR/H&S advice
  • On-site HR presence (up to 4 hours per month) for staff management issues
  • Support for maternity/paternity cover (short-term HR continuity)
  • Annual review meeting to assess HR/H&S needs
  • 15% discount on additional services

Bespoke Retainer – POA (Price on Application)

  • Tailored packages for larger organisations or those requiring extensive HR/H&S support
  • Flexible allocation of hours and services to suit your business needs

Remote ad-hoc HR advice

Advice via video call, telephone or email on any HR issue.

£35 +VAT for 30 mins, then £12.50 +VAT per 15 mins thereafter


Operational HR Support

Ad hoc support, either remotely or on-site, to assist with employment practice needs.

£95 +VAT per hour (Remote), £115* +VAT per hour (On-site)


Provision of templates

Letter/document templates to support employment actions (e.g. disciplinaries, absence management, redundancy procedures).

£50 +VAT per document


Provision of policies

Bespoke policies and procedures (e.g. staff handbook, HR policy manual). £200 per policy
Production of annual Staff Survey report Completion of annual staff survey, including published report, collated data and recommendations.

All training sessions and workshops can be live illustrated to enhance engagement and accessibility, supporting the neurodiversity of delegates. Visual facilitation helps participants process information in different ways, making sessions more inclusive and memorable. This service can be quoted upon application and will start from £120+VAT, added to the course fee.

 

Occupational H&S Course

In-house course tailored to your needs, for up to 15 delegates.

£615* +VAT
– £25 +VAT surcharge per delegate applies to 16th delegate and above


General Risk Assessment Course (3-hour Online course as a follow-up to the Occupational H&S Course)

Training for line managers (up to 15 delegates) with templates provided.

£350* +VAT
– £25 +VAT surcharge per delegate applies to 16th delegate and above


Fire Safety Course

In-house course tailored to your needs, for up to 15 delegates.

£750* +VAT
– £25 +VAT surcharge per delegate applies to 16th delegate and above


Fire Risk Assessment Course (3-hour Online course as a follow-up to the Fire Safety Course)

Training for line managers (up to 15 delegates) with templates provided.

Implementation of Adverse Event (Accident and Near Miss) Reporting

Training for line managers (up to 20 delegates) with templates provided.

Annual Adverse Event (Accident and Near Miss) Report

Completion of annual H&S report, including collated data and recommendations.

I offer a wide range of FAA accredited courses in both distance learning and in‑person formats. These include:

  • Fire Safety (Levels 1–5)
  • Fire Safety Awareness
  • Fire Marshal Training
  • Health & Safety in the Workplace (Levels 1–5)
  • Manual Handling (Levels 2 and 5).

Each course is tailored to meet regulatory standards while ensuring practical, accessible learning for your team. All delegates will be issued a FAA accredited certificate upon successful completion.
